ADRIN Sports is a brand of AR Sports, which manufactures our cricket and hockey equipment in-house and stands behind the quality of every product. This policy applies to orders placed through adrinsports.com or confirmed via WhatsApp/enquiry with an ADRIN team member.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return/exchange if:
It arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
It is unused, in its original packaging, with tags/labels intact
The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date

Products that have been used, played with, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return, as this is standard practice for sports equipment.

 

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear from play, or improper handling after delivery
Products without original packaging
Bulk/wholesale orders (governed by separate B2B terms agreed at the time of order)

4. How to Request a Return

Share your order details and clear photos/video of the product and issue
Our team will review and confirm if the item qualifies for return, exchange, or refund
Once approved, we will share the return address and next steps

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to ADRIN Sports, except in cases where ADRIN confirms a manufacturing defect qualifies for a fully covered replacement at our discretion.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
For orders confirmed via WhatsApp/COD, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as agreed with the customer
Shipping charges (if any) on the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects

7. Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange (e.g., different size or variant) instead of a refund, let us know when raising your request — subject to stock availability.

 

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process above applies.
